Stars of the World Soccer in Venezuela to support the Luis Figo Foundation.

Luís Figo Foundation held over a game of solidarity , the AllStars 2013 gathering on June 22 various national and international soccer stars in Venezuela , in order to raise funds for the Foundation's projects aimed at improving the living conditions of disadvantaged children and youth.

This game was held at the José Antonio Anzoategui Stadium , in Puerto de la Cruz , having had direct transmission in TVI24 at 23:30 Lisbon time . The match pitted the selection " Luis Figo & Friends " that came out on top by 3-2 and Deportivo Anzoategui , the tournament Opening winner of the Venezuelan league.

The " Luis Figo & Friends " team led by Luis Figo and under the guidance of José Peseiro , featured former Portuguese international Dimas , Pedro Mendes , Fernando Meira , Luis Boa Morte , Rui Barros , Eduardo Vitor Baia and Superstars Mendieta ; Carlos Gamarra ; Anderson Polga , Asprilla ; Preciado ; Miku ; Salomon Rondon ; Salgado ; Djalminha ; Emerson ; Solari and Petit.

Luís Figo stressed : "Football is a phenomenon that has enormous potential to unite people around a common ideal . With these actions , we try to promote the social integration of young people at risk , as well as supporting families with children who , for health reasons or other , have their life conditioned. "

Luís Figo Foundation organizes the game " AllStars " with the goal of raising funds to support various initiatives in their fields like health , education , sport and social action annually. Over the 10 years of existence of Luis Figo Foundation , these games have been played in Portugal , Romania , Switzerland , Austria and Angola.
